We can get your coffee equipment back in working order! Please fill out the following form in as much detail as possible. This service request form will be used to diagnose and repair your machine. The cost of purchase covers one hour of labour and the assessment of the unit. If you are local to Edmonton you also have the option of having your machine picked up and brought to us! You can do this by choosing delivery by local courier upon check out. A Caffe Tech representative will call you and arrange pick up.

CAFFE TECH SERVICE AND WARRANTY POLICY
1. Minimum assessment fee of $90.00/commercial/domestic or $70 preferred (domestic) customer rate equivalent to one hour labor applies on all service jobs.
2. Caffe Tech reserves the right to proceed with all repairs under $300.00 inclusive of parts and labor.
3. Caffe Tech will not be liable for goods left unclaimed for over 30 days.
4. In the event that the goods are left unclaimed then Caffe Tech shall dispose of said goods as is necessary to recover any cost of the service(s) and/or repair(s).
5. Caffe Tech offers 90 days parts warranty on all repairs. There are no warranty on Electronic components!
6. Caffe Tech offers 30 days warranty on all service.Some exceptions apply.
7. Warranty items are only covered by the Manufacturer Representative.
