La Marzocco Classic GB5 Semi-Automatic EE 

The La Marzocco GB5 EE model features manual dosing at the groups allowing for the user to manipulate Volume by simple on/off operation of the Group Switch. One of the most recognizable La Marzocco machines on the market with its curvy lines and aesthetics, the La Marzocco GB 5 is an icon within the speciality coffee industry.  La Marzocco was the first to introduce a Dual Saturated Brew Boiler to ensure quality espresso extraction and a reliable and consistent brew temperature with the GS machine and had this technology in the Linea from the beginning. Released in 2005, the GB5 features the Thermal Stability System, which was designed in response to the demand for better temperature stability in the industry. Equipped with a CPU board, the GB5 combines gracious lines and harmonious curves with powerful technological advancements, in line with classic La Marzocco design and spirit. This was the machine used in the World Barista Championship from 2005 to 2009, and was named for Piero Bambi’s wife, Giovanna Bambi. The machine is an understated companion to any coffee bar.

The LaMarzocco GB5  Line up is Offered by CaffeTech Canada in 3 Styles:

1. The EE known as the Semi Automatic Version.
2. The MP known as the Mechanical Paddle which allows the End user to manipulate Flow at the group care of a cleverly appointed paddle on the respective groups.
3. The AV Version which introduced Volumetric dosing with programmability directly from the Control board through Cigar Flow meters.
