CaffeTech presents the Rocket R58 Cinquantotto Limited Edition Serie Grigia RAL 7039 Espresso Machine which replaces the R58 from Rocket Espresso. The Rocket R58 Cinquantotto includes dual boiler technology allowing for  precise group temperature adjustment and excellent temperature stability. The temperature on the R58 Cinquantotto is PID controlled and can be manipulated via the Rocket Espresso communication pod that plugs into the side of the R58. 

The Rocket R58 Cinquantotto Limited Edition Serie Grigia RAL 7039 Espresso Machine offered by CaffeTech has dual independently operated PID controlled boilers which allow for optimum extraction of any coffee type or roast style. The Rocket Espresso Machine inclined boiler technology means precise group temperature adjustment and unprecedented levels of temperature stability.

Machine functions are controlled by the machine touch screen communication pod that now includes an automatic on/off function—your machine is ready to go whenever you need coffee. The communication pod can easily be removed from the machine to retain the aesthetic that is Rocket Espresso.

Features

• E61 Group Head: The Rocket R Cinquantotto features the extremely well known and widely used E61 group head. The E61 is known for its temperature stability, durability and ease of use.
• Dual Boiler: Separate boilers for steam production and for espresso production. Not only can you perform both functions simultaneously, but you have full control over the temperature of each boiler.
• Powerful Heating Element: A powerful element on both the boilers ensures quick heat-up time and that the steam boiler will generate an almost infinite amount of steam, allowing you to produce perfectly frothed milk every time.
• Rotary Pump: The Cinquantotto's commercial grade rotary pump draws from the machine's internal water reservoir or allows for the machine to have a direct water connection from the water supply.
• External PID and Machine Controls: The temperature on the R Cinquantotto is PID controlled and can be manipulated via the Rocket Espresso communication pod that plugs into the side of the R58. The pod can be removed to preserve the style of the machine that is Rocket Espresso
• Pre-Infusion: The few initial seconds of brewing, when coffee is subjected to a low-pressure water, is called a pre-infusion. The R Cinquantottois accessorized with a mechanical pre-infusion system. This reflects into smooth coffee extraction with optimum aroma, body and crema.
• No Burn Steam and Hot Water Wands: The machine is equipped with no burn steam and hot water wands that can be manipulated without worry about scolding your hands.
• Water Sensor: Level control cuts the power circuit if the water is low, with a microprocessor that automatically controls the level of the water tank and boiler. A low water level warning will tell you when you need to refill. Please note: for proper operation, it is a must to use water with mineral content.
• Stainless Steel Housing: The Rocket R Cinquantotto is housed in a highly durable and very beautiful AISI 304 stainless steel case with a stainless steel cup frame surround.
• Auto On/Off: The Rocket R Cinquantotto can be programmed to turn on or off at specified times of each day of the week.
• Cronometro: The R Cinquantotto features the Cronometro shot timer made famous by the Mozzafiato and Giotto machines. The Cronometro brings a digital display to the machine masterfully designed to retain the machine's retro aesthetic.
• Accessories: A Rocket Espresso Machine comes with two portafilters, an aluminum tamper, a blind basket, a brush, a scoop, a cleaning cloth and a set of manuals.
