CaffeTech presents the Rocket R60 V Pressure Profile Espresso Machine. The Rocket R60 V espresso pressure profiling system uses a five-step approach to allow the extraction to be split into five different time intervals, each allowing for a different pressure to be programmed, making it possible to both ramp up or ramp down pump pressure depending on the coffee type and flavours being chased. Traditionally 9 bar of pump pressure extracts the flavours and oils from the coffee to produce espresso. The Rocket R60V with a unique pressure profile system allows further enhancement in the cup with the ability to fine-tune pump pressure over the course of the extraction.

The Rocket R60 V Pressure Profile offered by CaffeTech contains a built-in communication pod which allows adjustments to be made through a remote controller or through the machine wifi system which will display real-time temperatures, pressures, and extraction times. It features a dual boiler and a PID controller and a rotary pump with water reservoir or direct water connection.

• E61 Group Head: The Rocket R60 V features the extremely well known and widely used E61 group head. The E61 is known for its temperature stability, durability and ease of use. The group weighs 9 pounds.
• Dual Boiler: Separate boilers for steam production and for espresso production. Not only can you perform both functions simultaneously, but you have full control over the temperature of each boiler.
• Boilers: Both boilers are made of copper and come with lead free brass endplates and additional external insulation for optimum thermal retention. Coffee boiler capacity is 0.58 liter, while steam/service boiler is 1.70 liter.
• Powerful Heating Element: In order to warm up both boilers in no time, Rocket accessorized both boilers with 1400 W heating elements. Such a powerful element will generate almost infinite amount of steam, allowing you to produce perfectly frothed milk every time.
• Rotary Pump: Quiet operation and robust performance. The Rocket R60V can be run as a pour over machine using the included 2.50 litre water tank or it can be directly plumbed into your water main.
• External PID: A truly exceptional and innovative PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) is mounted on a cord, externally from the machine's chassis. It allows you to adjust temperature of both boilers and turn the service boiler off.
• Pressure Profile System: The Rocket R60 V takes the coffee extraction to the new level. It allows you to split the extraction into five different time intervals, each allowing for a different pressure to be programmed, making it possible to both ramp up or ramp down pump pressure depending on the coffee type and flavours being chased.
• Pre-Infusion: The few initial seconds of brewing, when coffee is subjected to low-pressure water, is called a pre-infusion. The Rocket R60V is accessorized with a mechanical pre-infusion system. This reflects into smooth coffee extraction with optimum aroma, body and crema.
• No Burn and Hot Water Wands: The machine is equipped with no burn steam and hot water wands that can be manipulated without worrying about scolding your hands.
• Water Sensor: Level control cuts the power circuit if water is low, with a microprocessor that automatically controls the level of the water tank and boiler. A low water level warning will tell you when you need to refill. Please note: for proper operation, it is a must to use water with mineral content.
• Stainless Steel Housing: The Rocket R60 V is housed in a highly durable and very beautiful AISI 304 stainless steel case with a stainless steel cup frame surround.
• Accessories: A Rocket espresso machine comes with two portafilters, an aluminum tamper, a blind basket, a brush, a scoop, a cleaning cloth and a set of manuals.
