The E80 supreme replaces the former Peak Grinder but with a completely new engineering design that makes it incomparable and so much better in its functionality. This is one of the best commercial espresso grinders in the market today!

The Mahlkonig E80 supreme is a super consistent dosing grinder that is built with 2 cooling fans in order to maintain very cool and consistent fluffy ground espresso. Although there is an analog adjustment measurement ring located at the front of the grinder, the E80 supreme uses Mahlkönig’s pioneering patented Disc Distance Detection (DDD) system that lets you set the degree of fineness based on the actual distance between the burrs. Keeping your perfect individual grinder settings has never been so easy, yet so precise. This measurement is displayed in the front of the screen for greater user interaction and transmits burr distance data in microns - super slick and super accurate.

The Mahlkonig E80 Supreme offered by CaffeTech Canada has incredible programmable settings within the front display interface. Not only can you hold up to 6 program recipes, but you may program dose cycles intermittent dose brake functions within a dose cycle. Furthermore, you can dive deeper into the Disc Distance Detection (DDD) settings for various readouts.

Built strong, yet elegant in design with great features such as the adjustable portafilter fork height, easily removable chute for cleaning, and a simple dial grind setting, the E80S produces a pleasant and quiet grinding sound, and its overall construction is great with an exceptional volume of grind production that serves a very busy cafe.
