Warranty Policy — CaffeTech Canada
Domestic Espresso Equipment Warranty
All domestic espresso machines and grinders sold by CaffeTech Canada for residential use are covered by a one-year warranty that includes both parts and labour.
Some models may qualify for an additional one year of coverage, extending the total warranty period to two years. Please inquire about eligibility by contacting us at sales@caffetech.com.
Customers outside of Edmonton are responsible for the cost and coordination of shipping their equipment to and from the closest CaffeTech appointed service centre. We strongly recommend retaining your original packaging to ensure safe transportation in the event that service is required.
At the discretion of CaffeTech Canada, we may appoint an authorized service affiliate in your area to perform warranty repairs. In such cases:
-
CaffeTech’s service department will coordinate the appointment.
-
The customer is responsible for delivering the equipment to and from the designated service location.
-
Service technicians will not be dispatched to residences under any circumstance.
There are no exceptions to this warranty procedure.
