Residential Espresso Machine Service Program - CaffeTech Canada 

Expert Diagnostics & Repair – Two-Tiered Pricing for Fair, Transparent Service.

At CaffeTech Canada, we are proud to offer professional espresso machine diagnostics and repair for residential customers. To ensure we continue to deliver the highest level of service, we’ve introduced a two-tiered pricing structure based on where your machine was purchased.

 Two-Tier Diagnostic Pricing

Preferred Rate – $125 For residential customers who purchased their espresso machine directly from CaffeTech Canada.

Standard Rate – $150 For residential customers who purchased their espresso machine elsewhere.

Note: Diagnostic fees are independent of any repair costs. Service and labor fees begin only after the diagnostic is completed and an estimate has been approved by you. We do our best to provide accurate estimates, but please be aware that additional costs may arise during the repair process as deeper issues are uncovered.

 

 Important Service Information

  • Service Days:

    Residential drop-off  is available Thursdays and Fridays, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM only. This does not apply to holidays

  • Booking Required:

    All machines must be booked in advance. Please do not arrive without an appointment. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

  • Heavy Equipment Assistance:

    Our team is happy to assist with unloading heavy machines upon arrival.

  • Diagnostic Fee Payment:

    Diagnostic fees must be paid in advance via our secure online portal. Payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • Repair Timelines:

    Due to a high volume of service requests, we cannot guarantee specific turnaround times.

  • Pick Up Times:

    Residential pick-up is available Thursdays and Fridays, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM only. This does not apply to holidays

 Communication Policy

All service-related communication is handled exclusively through email. Our technicians are not available by phone for diagnostics, advice, or consultations. This ensures accurate documentation and consistent communication.

 Warranty Repairs

All warranty repairs performed by CaffeTech Canada include a 30-day warranty on parts and labor.
