Deriving the Front Controls directly from the La Marzocco Linea PB - the similarities of the controls provided a simple graduation for La Marzocco Aficionado who insists on brand loyalty when upgrading the Primary coffee Bar Espresso Machine.
The machine comes with programmable independent program pours that have independent programming for each button. Furthermore flashing and steady lights on the Brew buttons allow the user a firm understanding when the Brew water temperature has been reached.
Complete with saturated brew group technology, PID control, independent brew Boilers , the La Marzocco KB90 also has A programmable automatic brew steam flush design that cleans the group head dispersion screen after every coffee is extracted and does so Immediately after the brewing process is completed.
Best of All , the La Marzocco KB 90 features some preventative maintenance designs with the introduction of Steam valve shutoffs to allow collapse of the Steam Valves that allows service of the Machine without interrupting Service . Furthermore, The locking portafilters are far gentler on the portafilter gaskets requiring less maintenance and replacement over time.
