PM 96 is the ideal machine for large restaurants, laboratories and canteens.
Sturdy and easy to use, indispensable for anyone who wants to obtain various shapes of pasta with or without eggs in a short time, colored: red with tomato or beetroot, green with spinach, brown with cocoa depending on the chef's imagination.
The PM 96 model is equipped with a water cooling system in the extrusion tube which allows to maintain a constant temperature and therefore improve the quality of the product.
PM 96 features
- The capacity of the kneading vat is 12 kg of dough.
- Its hourly extrusion production is 25-30 kg of pasta depending on the format to be produced.
- Built with high quality components, bowl, screw and mixer in stainless steel.
- Easily removable screw and mixer for cleaning.
- The machine does not require maintenance except for the normal cleaning operations recommended at the end of each process.
