CaffeTech Presents the Ditting 807 Lab Sweet. This grinder is specifically sought after because of the special designed cast steel burrs with special geometrical cutting teeth that boast the ability to deliver a consistent and particular shape of coffee granular size. 

It features easy internal access, utilizing a thumb screw under the hopper lid.  The Ditting 807 Lab Sweet is fitted with a micro referenced adjustment wheel in aluminum. This allows for the user to find a more precise, grind setting as a reference point for future grinding. The Ditting 807 Lab Sweet uses an Electronic switch that if left in operation will automatically turn off after a prescribed time limit. 

Complete with the magnetic grind catch , dosing cup and adjustable front platform that can be folded up , the Ditting 807 Sweet is designed for single cup grinding, and perfectly suited for roaster’s coffee bars . The Ditting 807 Sweet also has a bag catch for retail coffee bag and is perfect for cupping.  The recommended duty cycle is 45 seconds on and 180 seconds off.
