CaffeTech presents the Poursteady PS2 Cup System - an intelligent pour over system designed to take out the guess work of pour over brewing. Long gone are the days of inconsistent pour overs from one barista to another. The coffee bar owner has the added benefit of less training and pre programming the pour over menu in the operation without over supervising the quality. This means consistent pour over coffee for the operation can be better controlled.

The Poursteady PS2 offered through CaffeTech Canada is a next-generation automated pour-over coffee machine designed to enhance efficiency and precision for cafes and other commercial environments. It builds on the success of its predecessor, the PS1, while incorporating significant upgrades:

  1. Compact and Efficient Design: The PS2 eliminates the need for an external boiler by using an integrated, on-demand water heating system. This not only saves counter space but also improves energy efficiency by heating only the water needed for each brew
  2. Precision and Customization: The PS2 allows for detailed recipe customization, with adjustable water temperatures and brew settings. These can be controlled directly on the machine or through a Wi-Fi-enabled app, ensuring consistency and quality with every cup
  3.  Simplified Installation and Maintenance: By removing the boiler and pump, the PS2 reduces installation complexity and maintenance requirements. Its modular design includes removable panels for easy servicing
  4. Enhanced Usability: A user-friendly interface, featuring a single dial and button, simplifies operation while maintaining advanced functionality. The system supports recipe programming and analysis without requiring constant internet connectivity
  5.
