Thermal stability through the Rocket Espresso fully saturated group system, coupled with digital PID temperature control.
Pre and Post infusion controlled through a full pressure profiling system, using the 5 preset programmes or via manual control through the Rocket Espresso paddle system.
Direct water connection or built-in water reservoir, an espresso machine designed to deliver spectacular results in the cup, through both stability and flexibility of control parameters.

Touch Screen ControlThe R Nine One is an immensely configurable machine, every thing from brew pressure profiles, water source, single or double boiler mode temperature and so much more can be configured to your liking, the touch screen makes it incredibly easy.
Sophisticated Pressure ProfilingThe R Nine One is a modern machine in every sense. Not only can it be programmed for five different pressure profiles, the intuitive group control paddle can be used to control pressure during extraction. If you decide to manually profile an extraction and like what you see in the cup, there is an option to easily save it for and get the same result again.
Saturated GroupA more temperature stable group design than anything else out there. Rocket has brought this very high-end commercial tech to a single group machine.
Great for AmericanosThe R Nine One has a mixing valve that can mix hot and cold water coming out of the hot water wand - which makes for an instantly drink-ready and delicious cup of coffee.
