The G4 GemX Gemini® IntelliFresh® Twin 1.5 Gal. Coffee Brewer with FreshTrac® Satellites offered through CaffeTech Canada is a high volume brewer intended for fast service and larger coffee sales happening in fast succession. The system works off indirect heat maintaining optimum batch brew coffee temperature. The added value of the G4 Gemini brewer is that it has Freshtrac satellites that  offer the user better time management of the batch brew freshness.  This Gemini system is the upgraded version of the former series.
