CaffeTech Canada presents the HeyCafe HC-880 Shop Grinder. Basically this grinder replaced the Mahlkonig GH2 Retail grocery Grinder.

The GH 2 from Mahlkonig represents it’s most affordable grinder for a multipurpose café or a front facing grinder for customers to their own grinding. One of the ways that Mahlkonig  has brought down the cost is that It is making the GH 2 grinder in China and uses burrs that are not there standard hardened steel which have become famous with Mahlkonig’s  traditional Burr Standards. 

From Turkish talk to a very coarse setting the GH to use a step-less adjustment to set the burrs - Providing the customer with  a little bit more flexibility  in grind adjustments.  Complete with 85 mm Italian meat burrs which are incredibly strong, The frontal stainless steel shoot has a cleverly designed bag clip directly behind it allowing you to hold in various receptacles to receive coffee as well as batch brew  filter cones or  bags for retail purposes. 

The grinder comes complete with a tool kit for aligning and adjusting the burrs and some brushes. The GH2 Mahlkonig Grinder is an excellent and affordable value from a company that’s world famous for great grinder manufacturing.
