La Marzocco was the first to introduce a Dual Saturated Brew Boiler to ensure quality espresso extraction and a reliable and consistent brew temperature with the GS machine and had this technology in the Linea from the beginning. Over the 25 or more years that the Linea Classic has been on the market it has received small incremental changes to slowly improve upon quality and reliability.
The MP model features progressive control of water flow and pressure via a mechanical internal valve, thus allowing controlled pre-infusion.
