The Rocket Fausto was the first grinder ever fully released by the Rocket Espresso on their own. The Fausto's nice and simplified look, electronic dosing, stepless adjustments and large burrs are now a part of the new Fausto 2.0 and complimented by a new digital touch display.
The Fausto grinder brings all the features and functionality professional baristas love to the kitchen, but in a more compact form.
The new touch digital display with shot counter and programmable dual control buttons allows for quick adjustments and effortless portion control.
Commercial quality 65mm flat burrs on the Fausto ensure quick and accurate grinding and the easy to dial in stepless adjustment system allows for total control over grind size.
