V 152 Procon Integral ByPass Valve ( ByPass System) 

Caffetech Canada offers the replacement Integral ByPass for your Procon rotary vane Pump. As opposed to replacing your Rotary Vane Pump check that the ByPass Valve has not expired.  This device offered through CaffeTech Canada is a pressure-regulating bypass valve built into the pump body. NOTE : THE V 152 and V 153 are NOT INTERCHANGEABLE

  • Its purpose is to relieve excess pressure by diverting water internally back to the pump inlet when the pressure in the hydraulic circuit exceeds the set point.

  • This prevents over-pressurization of the espresso machine’s hydraulic system and ensures stable pump operation.The bypass pressure is usually factory set (commonly around 9–12 bar depending on the model/series), but in some models it can be adjusted with a screw and spring mechanism.
