E-61 REBUILD KIT - IZZO

At CaffeTech Canada, we are committed to keeping your equipment in great working order. This rebuild kit is intended for Izzo espresso machines that use a traditional Faema-style E61 lever group.

Important: Izzo has used different group configurations across models and production years. Compare your existing group and parts before ordering. If you are unsure, contact service@caffetech.com with your machine model and serial number.

Hi-temp food service lubricant is recommended when rebuilding the group.

1 E61 703008 / SKU 1186314 Teflon Cap Gasket — seals the upper group cap and helps prevent leakage at the top of the E61 group.
1 E61 524467 / SKU 1501005 Gicleur / Group Jet — meters brew-water flow into the group.
1 E61 700805 / SKU 1160517 Jet Filter Screen — protects the group jet from debris.
3 E61 513836/T / SKU 1186328 Principal PTFE Gasket — PTFE sealing rings used through the upper, middle and lower valve sections of the E61 group.
1 E61 460000 / SKU 1186591 Mushroom O-Ring — seals the mushroom assembly in the upper section of the group.
1 E61 460002 / SKU 1523053 Upper Valve Assembly — controls the upper brew-group water path.
1 E61 460012 / SKU 1324048 Primary Cam and Lobe Assembly — transfers lever movement to the internal valve assemblies.
2 E61 602576 / SKU 1186312 Cam / Series Bushing Gaskets — seal around the camshaft area and help prevent leakage around the lever mechanism.
1 E61 460086 / SKU 1523452 Central / Infusion Valve Assembly — manages pre-infusion and pressure release through the middle valve section.
1 E61 634300 Lower Body PTFE Gasket — seals the lower sleeve section of the group.
1 E61 460010 / SKU 1523453 Lower Exhaust / Drain Valve Assembly — releases pressure and drains the group after brewing.
1 E61 700883/5 / SKU 1186892 Portafilter Gasket 8.5 mm — seals the portafilter against the brew group.
1 E61 526101 / SKU 1081116 Standard Shower Screen — distributes brew water evenly across the coffee puck.
